I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Ballston, VA) in June 2016
Interview
Had an initial phone call with a recruiter from Gartner (the company that acquired Capterra) and then moved on to a phone interview with an individual on the marketing team. The phone interview was very straight forward and focused mainly on my resume, skills, and strengths. After this interview I was contacted and was then invited to come to the office for a multi-stage in person interview. I spoke with 4-5 different teams within the Marketing department (some were individual and some had 2-4 people in the interview). Although the in person interview process was very long and draining, I appreciated that they wanted to really get to know me and my skill sets.
Overall the process went very smoothly and everyone at Capterra made me feel very welcomed. Although I did not get an offer I really appreciated seeing their dedication to their company and their interest in what I had to offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Lincoln, NE) in May 2023
Interview
Fairly standard and there wasn't anything that stood out. The interviewer was monotone but otherwise that's fine. Felt that I wouldn't continue on with them even given the chance after chatting with them.
