Great experience, and then dead air. All indications were I was going to get an offer. Then they stopped calling or responding. If they perceive it not to be a fit, I am absolutely fine with that. Say so. But don't be so unprofessional, because it cost you. In my next job I made sure to not re-up the Gartner contract. Also gave a great idea to Gartner as a client, and they published it and did webinars and lectures on it, and never gave me attribution. Very unprofessional.
