i went by a employee's referral . the process took about a day.we had two rounds of interview.
it had case study questions. they tested for our ability to think outside the box.

Question 1
how would you find the number of people using cell phones in bengaluru with the help of google alone?
It had 5 rounds. 1 & 2 are tests online about google research and also one is aptitude. 3rd round is group elevator pitch. 4th and 5th would be interview rounds

Interview
The interview process takes three rounds. It is pretty straight forward and no curveballs were thrown. That said, the different rounds had different interviewers, and these different interviewers gave me differing details about the duties of the job. That was unclear and really not acceptable.
