It started off with an employee referral and then went through multiple phone interviews followed by a panel interview. I can honestly say that this was the most professional interview process that I have experienced despite working for other employers such as Apple and NASA. They give you a significant amount of detailed feedback at each stage which is very helpful. As a result of this interview process at Gartner is a highly productive process which candidates can learn a lot from. Sarah Ballard (Campus Recruiter) managed my interview process for the Egham office and was polite, friendly and highly professional, she did a fantastic job of guiding me through the interview process and highlighting the benefits of Gartner. It was a great pleasure interviewing with Gartner, and they offered me a highly competitive package for the Account Manager SMB position. I received a very generous offer from a Swiss-based company shortly after getting an offer from Gartner so after much consideration was, unfortunately, was not able to take this opportunity up however I would highly encourage people to apply for this position.

The interview process was composed of five steps. 4 steps were interviews on the phone with recruiters, steps number 3 and 4 including a little sales role-play. The final step was in person in the Barcelona office with the recruiter that was there since the beginning of the process, a manager and the VP of sales. Overall, the process was very smooth and I was very well accompanied receiving constructive feedback (very helpful!) from the recruiter between each step. They really want you to do well and give you all the info you need to succeed. Special thanks to Roberta !
