Interview with various divisional managers and leaders to assess your drive, motivation and capacity to understand CIOs challenges and how to tackle them. The process is smooth and very professional, with enough time to prepare the subsequent rounds and pannels

There were total 5 steps of interviews. Phone interview for screening -> Traits interview -> Role Play Interview -> Case Study Interview -> LSA Interview. Process was quite time-consuming and complicated.

Interview
First call with a recruiter, followed by an email with instructions to prepare the second call, which was to answer questions about my past experience in a STAR format. Third call with a member of the team. Fourth call with a senior HR, to answer more questions in STAR format. At this stage there's also a simulation of a cold call with an executive, whom you're reaching out to, to promote engagement with the service.
