The recruiter reached out to me. We had a 20 minute introductory phone call. The call was very casual. We talked about Gartner and a I told her a little bit about myself. Next step is an hour long call. They quiz you about your knowledge of Gartner and ask more in-depth interview questions about your past experience.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview
