First round- online written(Java,Selenium,SQL, Aptitude) Second : Face 2 Face Third: Skype round with on-site manager Fourth-Skype round with another on site manager Fifth- Another technical round with another team lead Process takes very long if u are not having offer and your notice period is more than 45 days For me it took around almost 2 months with all the rounds as I was just sure about my selection but still didn't get the offer. I feel they make a backup gives offer to one and takes interview of other people if that person joins they say u don't get selected. Hr is very quick in response , they will reply to the mails and feedback quickly. If u are serving notice period and about to join in 15-20 days ur process becomes very fast. That's not in this organization almost now in most. Gartner is a good company and the people here are excellent in skills
