I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Moscow, Moskva) in Mar 2020
Interview
The recruiter was very friendly, helpful, and supportive.
I had 3 rounds with her, which I successfully passed. She provided constructive feedback at every round which I could use to prepare better for the next round.
The next step was an interview with a hiring manager.
It felt really strange, all his questions seemed to be very general. He decided not to move forward with me.
I still think it's a great company and will try to apply again in 12-18 months.

I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
