      Anonymous interview candidate
      Irving, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Irving, TX) in May 2019

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. After the phone screen, I spoke on the phone with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes. They brought me onsite a week later, and I interviewed with 2 other recruiting coordinators, the hiring manager, the recruiting coordinator leads manager, and their manager. It took about 3 hours or so. At the end of the interview, the recruiter took me on a quick tour of the office and escorted me out. They called me about 2 days later to let me know they went with a different candidate.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked standard interview questions: why you’re qualified for the job, how you handle conflict, where you see yourself in 5 years, your style of learning, your successes, your career history, etc.
