Interview
Process starts with an initial phone call where HR partner introduces Gartner and the position during a 15-20 minutes.
Second step of the process continues with a deeper phone call to validate if the candidate matches Gartner traits during an additional 1 hour phone call.
If feedback is possitive, the process goes on with 2-3 on-site interviews with hiring managers, ending in a panel presentation where candidate needs to sell himself in front of 2-3 key Gartner executives or directors.

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
