Interview process is a breeze if you approach it wide-eyed and bushy tailed. The most important thing to do is ask important and clarifying questions. Clarify constructive feedback. Internalize and demonstrate the improvement upon whatever your last feedback was.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
