My interview was 3 steps, technically 4 but step 3 is broken into 2 parts. Step 3 is probably the probably the most because you get to speak to someone in the role in Pt 1 and I’m Pt 2 you do an assessment/presentation/

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized
No follow up/lots of time between follow ups
phone screening and then panel interview via zoom
accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
