Recruiter asks very formal questions. Asked for last 5 years of sales attainments. Next interview was with another recruiter. 1 hour interview. Formal, by the book approach. Read the materials that the initial recruiter sends in an email.

Question 1
what is some advice that you've taken from a manager or peer that lead to success? tell me about a specific time that you did something that either saved a sale or you were solely responsible for a sale.
There were going to be a total of about 5 rounds. Made it to round 3 where I had to take a 45 minute behavioral analysis quiz prior to. The actual behavioral interview asked situational questions and gave little to no lead way in direction.
