In a Gartner interview, the "Behavioral and Sales Roleplay" exercise is designed to assess both your interpersonal skills and sales acumen. The behavioral portion evaluates how you handle real-world scenarios based on your past experiences, focusing on problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.
The interviewer was someone in an internship position and they hadn't prepared many questions for me. Overall, the process didn't feel very well prepared. Also, be aware they cannot sponsor you if you don't have your own visa (I wasn't told beforehand).
Very relaxed environment, I participated in the Emerging Leaders Summit so which parts of it was a bit redundant and basic information. The role play scenario was really easy, just practicing to sell something with a small objection.
