Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin, we scheduled the call, she did not show up, did not message me anywhere.
I emailed/messaged her for next steps: zero feedback.
I even pinged her that I would expect some answer, but nothing.

Quite a long process - well organised and mapped out with several behavioural questions taking majority of the time. Overall I found the process very different to previous companies with Gartner very keen to show you are following their prompts in the prep material.

Recruiter reached out, then joined the call with a completely disinterested demeanor from the jump. This person was recently at a different company and clearly not accustomed to enterprise sales.

The first few rounds were very informative and mainly covered my background to ensure I was a suitable fit for the role but I eventually decided to pull out of the process and commit to other options.
