It was a pretty long process, had a total of 3 rounds of interviews.
The first round was mainly just a conversation with the recruiter to understand your background and your motivation in sales with some behavioral-based questions.
The second round was a bit tougher, with another recruiter but more sales-focused behavioral-based questions, ending with a role-play on the spot with no prior preparations.
Third and final round was a panel interview with the Regional VP of GTS Sales and a Sales Manager, alongside one recruiter to guide the interview process. Again, behavioral-based questions were asked and sales motivations were questioned too. It ended off with a role-play to secure a discovery call with a prospect, the scenario and backstory were given in advance for you to prepare in advance.
