The process overall was fairly smooth and quick with clear next steps after each call and plenty of material to help prepare for the interview. The recruiter was friendly but misleading with the job level and salary assigned to the role. They were also very pushy on start date once the offer was made and offered a salary lower than people already in the role.

Recruiter reached out, then joined the call with a completely disinterested demeanor from the jump. This person was recently at a different company and clearly not accustomed to enterprise sales.

The first few rounds were very informative and mainly covered my background to ensure I was a suitable fit for the role but I eventually decided to pull out of the process and commit to other options.
