I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
You are sent a ton of information and their expectation is for you to study in depth and prepare very well before you've even had one interview. So much preparation to then receive little to no feedback after discontinuing your application. Interviewing is such a vulnerable step for any candidate. I don't appreciate companies not taking the time to get back to you with some constructive feedback.

Question 1
Describe a sales experience (a time where you...) using the STAR technique Situation, Task, Action and Result
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
