Applied online via Workday in Dec 2024, and got the first round interview notice at the end of Jan 2025. Around one week notice to prepare a presentation with a requires topic for the first interview (online and formal). After one week got into the second round, again a week notice to prepare another presentation of a past project. Second interview in person with researchers and HR and plus additional behavioural questions. Two weeks without notice, had to chase them for the outcome.
