I know folks interviewing at Gearset put a lot of time and effort into preparing for the interviews and we really appreciate that. I can imagine having to ask for extra detailed feedback after our first response was limited must've been frustrating and I completely understand why.
We normally provide feedback to everyone who interviews or completes an assessment with us, if they’re successful or not, because we know good quality feedback can really help you improve for the next interview. I can see we didn’t deliver on that promise for you and I’m really sorry for that.
We always want to improve and provide the best experience we can for folks, and we’re already using your feedback to check our processes to make sure we deliver on that promise of a great interview experience for everyone. So thanks again for bringing this to our attention that we can do better.
