Interview
The interview was about 2 hours long. I initially was interviewed by three attorneys. Each attorney interviewed me individually. Then I was taken to another area to take a test-- they asked me to write a memo on an immigration fact pattern they provided and then complete multiple choice questions on computer skills.

Interview
This was a 30 minute formal interview with 2 senior managers followed by a writing sample test. The writing test was around a legal provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act that I was asked to explain.
