It was a simple process, there was only one interview with a manager in the area. There were no complicated questions from their end, just logic based answers could be provided to find a solution.

Experience with customers, how we can improve customer service
I applied online. I interviewed at Gema Group (Canberra) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was easy and friendly, with very basic question regarding experience, but little experience is necessary. More of a personality check and basic interest in Corporate or retail lines of work.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gema Group (Brisbane)
Interview
No nonsense. Interviewer decided to discard the normal convoluted questions & ask practical questions. Was honest & straightforward, which is really refreshing.
Might be worth mentioning that post-interview, there was no contact except an email that day offering the role & request to download an app. Didn't hear from them for weeks, assumed they moved on. They suddenly I was emailing with an offer to start accepting shifts & fill out some more paperwork.
Might be worth asking them a bunch of questions. Forgot to ask about the uniform/dress code & had to dig deep into the announcements of the app to find out. It's white collared shirt, black tie & black trousers btw
