Reasonable and thorough interview process. Phone screen by an internal HR recruiter after an online application was completed. Received an invitation to interview in person, one on one as well as a group meeting (over lunch). The people were very pleasant and there was good question/answer sessions. The "fit" was good, yet the position was offered to someone else. Good company values and structure and would recommend to anyone who is seeking a solid employer.

Describe situations where you had to be creative with new ideas and what were the outcomes?
Typical...."Tell us about yourself". This question can be useful if the interviewer really can offer what they are seeking and accept detailed answers. Otherwise it can be a pitfall if people are not providing info that the interviewer is really wanting to hear. ASK the interviewer "Well, would you like an overview of my personal interests or would you like more professional background?" or something similar.
Panel interview by managers followed by Sr manager rounds. Not too difficult questions, but need strong basics of finance and accounts. One needs strong commu nication skills and stake holder management experience

Processo interno, claro e preciso. Tambem bastante proximo do candidato durante todo o processo, mesmo envolvendo etapas globais. Organização precisa quanto as agendas e feedbacks. O processo foi gerenciado internamente, envolvendo etapas globais.
