Behavioral phone interview followed by two onsite behavioral interviews. The onsite experience was very nice and they were really trying to sell Detroit and the company. No technical quizzes. Interviews went very well according to managers. Had to choose a functional preference at the end which was confusing because I wasn't sure what I was being interviewed for in the first place or where the needs were. No feedback given besides there not being an opening with the right fit. Interviewed with a group of around 50 other candidates.
