They mainly concentrate what they want and at the same time want to know what exactly we know.
Like I am from a totally irrelevant branch but applied for this interview out of passion so they took around 4 interviews one after another just to know whether I am eligible for that post or not.
Questionaire might vary from basic automotive to indepth depending on how you answer.

3 rounds. 1. Self-introduction. 2. Technical. 3. HR. It took about 2 to 3 weeks to complete the interview. The recruitment process was user-friendly. Updates were given on time.

Interview
Multiple phone conversations with company-hired recruiter; needed to understand some history that related to the position I was trying to obtain. Discussed current salary and salary I wished to obtain. Two phone interviews with the hiring manager; first for basic employment background and experiences, second to discuss job roles and salary. Finally, there was one on-site interview with multiple people (took ~3 hours).
