Interview
An initial phone screen followed by an on campus interview. After the on campus interview candidates were invited to attend the SuperFinance weekend in Detroit. This is an all day event complete with four different interviews and a case presentation.
First had a short phone screening, then I had to use the hirevue software to record answers to behavioral questions. Last round was a panel of 2 engineers asking also behavioral questions.

Fairly straight forward.
HireVue recorded interview, followed by a phone call with a recruiter. Last step was the zoom interview which consisted of many STAR format questions.
Fairly straight forward. Final interview was about an hour long.
