First step is a hirevue virtual interview. After that stage there will be either 1 or 2 panel interviews with behavioral questions using the STAR method. Panelists will include your hiring manager and other relevant managers in your specified field.

Initial phone interview questions were the standard questions about are you allowed to work in this country and do you live in commuting distance. Received invitation by phone for an interiew in Warren. The interview consisted of a 30 minute session about working for GM and small talk followed by two interviews that were one hour in length.

Interview
I applied online and received an invitation to perform a digital interview about a week later. The interview portion took about 20 minutes and then they had you play three games, not too hard. The next day I got an email to participate in a phone screening. After this I was told I would hear back in mid-September if I was chosen for a skype interview. I did not hear back until around October 7 that I had received a skype interview. I interviewed with one person, very nice lady. Received an offer exactly three weeks later.
