Started by applying, and in couple weeks got phone call for first interview, Had another phone interview, they flew me in to interview and gave me rooms. Went in for 2 hours for interview. They used the starl format.
Started with the Application, followed by having to upload a Video assessment, followed by an Aptitude Test, then a Phone Screen done by HR, next was a Video Interview and finally received a Job Offer
Had a virtual interview scheduled . The hiring manager never showed up. They had made their mind up to offer to another candidate and did could not be bothered with canceling
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) in Mar 2022

Long process to get hired. I terview questions were basic, but you need a lot of examples. From tge time I fist applied to when I was hired, it took 5 months.
