I met a college recruiter through a career expo at my univesity. We set up a time for me to interview after 10 - 15 minutes of conversation. I was getting an interview with a manager at one of there plants. This person was different that the one who initially interviewed me.

Interview
Recorded myself answering interview questions through an app, then had a phone interview, then Zoom interview with three different people. The final Zoom interview was done in one two hour long session.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled with great professionalism. Both the HR team and the managers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Everything was well-organized, which made the experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the professional yet approachable atmosphere.

Easy Screening. But very competitive to get in. Screening is usually 15 mins and the HR asks about your qualifications and your passion. Its easy. you must be convincing in order to get the job.
