The hiring and interview process was very efficient and moved quickly. Their recruiter always followed up when she said she would. They provided an interview toolkit and links to info about the company to help prepare. The questions were in STAR format and there was sufficient time at the end for my questions. The interviewers were excited and friendly.

The initial phone screening and teams meeting were positive and encouraging. For the in person one I was told to arrive early but the interview started 15 minutes late and I was left alone waiting. Very little attempt to build rapport and they went almost straight into technical and behavioral questions. Feedback was delivered bluntly. Generally felt unprofessional
