Technical interview was not very rigorous. Additionally the leadership interview was more relevant and challenging. The interview included a video screening followed by a technical session and then a leadership interview.

1. Initial screen in Codility, this was a little strange as it asked questions that you'd do in a notebook (e.g. make a plot of this) in a scripting environment. 2. Recruiter call that covered basic questions on my resume. 3. Automatic rejection email It seems my rejection was based on the background described in my resume, so unfortunate to spend time on 2 rounds when that could have been known from the beginning.
