first interview is phone screening and hirevue interview. i had to finish hirevue within 48 hours. they send to me hirevue mail after 1hour of phonescreening is simple check about my resume and what 3D tool i can use
Phone screen with HR to determine elligibility, followed by an In person interview (with a panel) by department peers. STAR Format questions for the most part. Offer would follow this.

Interview
They reach out to me after several months of applying for scheduling an interview. I did the first interview, which consisted of a series of recorded questions. They didn´t give me feedback or information about the time for the decision. After that, they never reached out to me, not even for sent and rejection e-mail. They were very informal in their recruitment for an international company.
