Me marcaron en frío para una primera entrevista telefónica en viernes. Me parece una práctica obsoleta y no amigable al candidato y su experiencia con la empresa. La entrevista en sí estuvo bien pero posterior a la misma no recibí ninguna confirmación de la siguiente entrevista a pesar de que me dijeron que había pasado a la siguiente fase.
