In person interview . It took approximately 15 minutes. Nice and friendly environment. I was asked around 6 to 7 questions about my last employment and what would I have to contribute to the company.

Simple. Watched videos online and answered questions regarding them. Then came in and took drug test- hair sample. Also took skills test- screwing multiple odd shaped metal pieces on peg board using coordinates (place this one at A5, J7 etc)
