Gestor da vaga somente tomando notas, e outros 2 gerentes realizando perguntas. O gestor que mais perguntou teve comportamento misógeno, dando risada das respostas, desrespeitando minha experiência e currículo. Claramente, entrevistou determinados candidatos apenas para “cumprir cota”.
