had a disappointing experience interviewing for two different roles).
What stood out the most was the lack of communication and follow-through from the company. I was approached twice for interview processes, invested time to prepare and attend, but after each round, there was no feedback, no update, and no closure. I was simply left hanging.
While the interview conversations themselves were professional, the overall candidate experience felt disorganized and disrespectful of candidates’ time. At the very least, a simple update or rejection email would have shown basic professionalism.
For a company actively recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn, I expected a more structured and transparent hiring process.
Advice to management:
Please improve candidate communication and close the loop with applicants. Even a short update makes a big difference in employer branding.
