Interview
Initial phone screen for about 2 minutes. Then a teams interview with the leader and another member of the team. Finally a presentation for a group of 6. They asked me to drive 4 hours to the headquarters for the presentation (not where the position would work out of) and then never followed up with a decline. After spending hours preparing and interviewing it would be a common courtesy to reach out and not send a generic email. This was also a very drawn out process where no timeframes given were followed.

The interview process was short and fast. As a fresher great place to work and learn. Basic knowledge testing on the field. No written exams. Applied through a referral. The interview process took half a day and the joining process was also short and fast. Once joined training will be provided. When thorough, then only will be placed in real time projects.
