They ask you about your experiences and background. The most important advice would be to show that you are a hustler and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

2 stage process. 1 is done online and the other is in person at the office. Specifically, one with HR and one with the hiring manager and the owner. Just a brief conversation about the CV and the role, skills and the company. Decision was made quick there and then.
