The interviewer was polite and friendly, the questions were quite specific to the role and they asked about previous experiences that can contribute to the role. They also shared about the culture of Getty which was good as it gives you a sense on what the company ethos is like.

The interview process was extremely organized, well-run, and efficient. Communication was timely and my initial interview with the recruiter was very helpful regarding the amount of information shared about the position.

Interview
Overall the structure was organized and transparent: HR screen, hiring manager, then meet individually with maybe 5 others.
However each interviewer was clearly just reading from a list of questions to ask and just taking notes, it was very impersonal.
At the end of the panel, I spoke with hiring manager again and was told I would hear back the following week. I noticed the job post was removed online, and I waited a week to follow up with an update.
I never heard back from the hiring manager or HR, and noticed someone had already started the position 1 week later.
Please be considerate of your candidates' time and effort, and at least give them the courtesy of letting them know they did not get the position. Seems like a waste of time for all parties.

Firstly, thank you for your review. As we evolve our interview processes, we will continue to train our interviewers to ensure that the process does not look or feel impersonal on any level. Feedback such as this allows us to review processes and mitigate any issues that arise with respect to the process.
