I had a very disappointing experience during the recruitment process with Getz Pharma. I was explicitly asked to be ready to start ASAP, which prompted me to have a serious discussion with my current employer regarding my resignation. This was done in good faith based on the expectation set by the recruitment team. After I confirmed my commitment and took steps that could have affected my current employment, I was informed that the company decided to move forward with another candidate. This change was communicated only after I had already acted on their request. While I understand that hiring decisions can change, candidates should not be pushed to make career-impacting decisions unless the company is certain. The lack of transparency and consideration shown throughout this process was unprofessional and left a very poor impression.
