I have interviewed there twice in the past 5 years. The first time, super weird, HR rep was rude and did not have the schedule of interviewers set. Second time, much more organized but they did expect that I interview for 5 hours! The hiring manager asked me essentially how I would do her job, and wanted ideas after four hours of interviews I was spent.
