There were two separate interviews: first a behavioral with an HR recruiter, and a second with the technical team (including the manager I would be working with on the job). The behavioral interview recruiter was very friendly and established a safe and comfortable environment. The technical interview focused mainly on industry knowledge and less on technical skill. I was able to answer most of the industry knowledge questions since I had previous experience, but I think it would have been really hard if I didn't, especially since the role stated that it didn't require any previous experience.
