I didn't very far into the process, but I did chat quite a bit with Jeff, their co-founder, via email. After my initial application, I sent a polite follow up a week later which got a quick response. They were transparent about their process and what they were looking for

Interview
If you are looking for an unprofessional work environment, Gimkit is right place for you. I had a couple of video interviews with founder and co-founder. During the video interview, they kept laughing at something (or me) and kept typing while I'm talking and the typing sound was very loud and annoying. It seems they are startup company and they have no clue how to conduct the interview and no respect to their potential employee. Learn how to be professional instead of acting like a bunch of kids.
