It was a casual conversation involving what I like to do outside of work, what I'm looking for from work, KPIs, what work life is like at Givetel. It lasted about an hour and seemed to see more how well you can hold a conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GiveTel (Sydney) in June 2024
Interview
Only involved one stage in-person meeting after being given a referral. This also included a mock call with a case study I had 5 minutes to learn to give my HM an insight on if I had the ability to quickly understand, think on my toes, and guide the call into the ask structure.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Included a one-one setting with HM and the standard "tell me about yourself", "what's your experience in sales", asking if I'd be confident doing a mock call using a call guide based on a real-world case study, ended with "what are your pet peeves" to determine my culture fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at GiveTel in Jan 2020
Interview
I was asked to come in for a one on one interview followed by a group discussion. Was calm and a quick relatively easy process and I started work the next day!
