Gleam Cleaning interview questions

Walked in filled out an application. I was thin called on by the interviewer and they asked the normal interview questions. When I asked about the training process or the evaluation process I was not given a clear answer. When I asked about the atmosphere and the work environment, I was given a matter of fact answer as to who they worked in small teams but nothing about the cohesion of the teams. When I asked if the team lead was available to speak with I was met with disdain. I was asked about my driving record even though the ad clearly stated this was a non driving position.
