Interview
Interview process was very smooth. As the incumbent, a number of us were already on the same contract (just different firm) as GD. Our contact information and work performance at the client site was very accessible, so the process was very smooth.
We have implemented new processes, procedures, and tools to make the recruiting process more effective. We were recently attained our ISO 9001:2015 certification that shows the great efforts we've made to become a quality organization.
