Poor, this employer is very poor in interview candidate by phone and insult individual and I dont believe this person is real, everything is by phone and via email, make you wait and insult you if you didn't do anything wrong, even tho he is wrong. The clients is nuts to hire this type of company and I believe he can get into trouble with labor dept.

Interview
An email to verify license status, etc. followed by a face-to-face with the owner/operator. The interview took place at his office (which is under renovation) and almost all of the necessary paperwork was done online.
