Interview
Extremely slow interview process. I reached their office in Hinjewadi phase 1 at 10:00 am.
There was a written test MCQ based along with couple of coding problems.
After you clear the test, there were 2 technical rounds and last was the HR round.
I had cleared all the rounds along with the HR which was done at around 8 pm.
Got email from hr the same night to submit the documents for approval and offer letter processing.
That was it. It was the last email I got from HR.
I kept following up with them over emails to get the status of my application only to get no response at all.
I then tried calling the HR and she would not pick up my call.
It was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour.
You go on an interview, take time away from work, spend money on travel, get subjected to stress.
And then you hear nothing at all.
It is not OK to leave people hanging like that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Globant (Pune) in June 2022
Interview
Before the interview, I had a discussion with the HR about the expected CTC.
When the offer was generated, I got 50k less than that was discussed. On enquiry it was bluntly denied. This was with respect to a counter offer which I showed before the interview process. I agreed to something around 3 lakhs less than the offer I was holding but I was offered even less.
Please make sure that such discussions are clear before the interview and kindly don't back out from what was discussed.
It was a pure waste of my time and efforts.

Scenario based questions on sql, power bi and ssis.

1)Technical Test including MCQ and program writing.
2)Tecnical discussion 1st level:-More than 2 and half hour.Asked everything about .Net,Entity framework,design pattern ,azure Angular
3)Technical discussion 2nd level:- More than 1 and half hour.Everything about .Net sql,angular,Azure
4)Countrylevel head: More than 3hours.discussed about design problems like bookmyshow,azure process,Devops,Angular and logic implementation
5)HR:- Worst round.HR don't have time value of candidate.before commuting some packages and investing whole day interview time of particular candidate they are simple rejecting Candidate saying we are offering you Senior developers position and for that position we have package constraint.If they think Candidate is not suitable for Team lead then they should reject candidate in Technical interview only.I don't know why they are wasting candidates time.

In Country level round they asked me to design Bookmyshow complete design in just minutes!!!.Its a design right...I gave them full design of bookmyshow including improvements in the current system.
