Question 1
La pregunta más destacada que me hicieron fue sobre cómo manejo situaciones difíciles o de alta presión en el trabajo. Me pidieron un ejemplo concreto de una ocasión en que tuve que tomar decisiones rápidamente, coordinar con diferentes equipos o cumplir con plazos muy ajustados. Mi respuesta fue hablar de una situación específica en la que logré mantener la calma, organizarme eficientemente y lograr el objetivo, incluso cuando las circunstancias eran complicadas. Creo que esa pregunta fue clave para evaluar mis habilidades de adaptación y mi capacidad para enfrentar desafíos.
