I was contacted very soon after submitting my resume. The recruiter was reading a script, even when explaining what the company does, it seems to me I understood their line of business better than she did. I asked several questions regarding the actual position, responsibilities and she didn't have any answers. In summary, I don't think she asked anything to learn more about me, and I didn't understand anything further on the role or the expectations.
